What we are looking for:

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator to support our team on an exciting new project.  Whilst Rockhampton and Townsville are our primary recruitment hubs we encourage and will consider applicants from all regional Queensland communities.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Data entry of daily / weekly timesheets and forwarding to payroll in a timely manner to process
  • Assist with ordering of stationary, stock and PPE as required by site
  • Booking travel and accommodation on behalf of the project team as required
  • Communicating with line managers, employees, workforce planning and project teams
  • Assist with the mobilisation of new personnel to site
  • Ensure work is carried out in an efficient and cost-effective manner in order to meet site requirements
  • General office duties as required by the project team

Key qualifications, skills and experience required:

 Certificate III in Business Administration (desirable)

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience in a FIFO role would be beneficial
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence in liaising with all levels of employees and management
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office
