About the role

We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team. We’re on the lookout for a passionate and self-motivated social media marketer with a love of data, analytics, but also has wicked skills in content marketing.

You are a hard worker and are results-driven. You have experience in social media management and/or community engagement and experience using the Facebook Advertising platform. You’re passionate about working with authentic brands and love supporting small businesses.

You’re motivated to establish your own path and have a desire to further develop your skillset and enjoy collaborating as part of a team. This role is a remote, contract position approximately 5 -10hrs per week with potential to grow. 

Role Tasks & Responsibilities 

Reporting directly to the Director, you will 

  • Support the management of client Social Media account/s – Facebook, Instagram (Instagram Stories) content creation + copywriting to tone of voice, content scheduling and Community Management/ Engagement
  • Lead Monthly client reporting: Support compiling monthly SMM client account + Facebook Advertising Account Reports
  • Providing support to our Digital Strategist in managing & setting up client’s Ad Campaigns, account monitoring and reporting
  • Providing admin / adhoc support to our team for research, content creation, ideation, client projects and more


  • Experience in managing Social Media accounts (Facebook & Instagram minimum – with high proficiency in social platforms & scheduling tools)
  • Experience with paid social campaigns & using Facebook Business Manager & Ads Manager platforms
  • Design skills to create social & advertising assets (posts, reels, video editing), with preferred experiencing using Canva / Photoshop/ InDesign and or Video Editing programs / applications
  • Experience using the following platforms: WordPress, Sjed, Canva, Google Docs, Adobe Creative Suite
