About The Role

SAI Global are seeking to recruit an experienced Implementation Consultant to join the team and become an integral part of their Risk -Delivery division, focusing on the EHS space.

To be successful in this role, you will take ownership of the end-end project life cycle and support clients through their testing on an ongoing and ad hoc basis. You will be a confident communicator with ability to convey technical concepts clearly and effectively to business users and implement bespoke resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work within Implementation team to deliver solutions configured with SAI software that meet or exceed client expectations
  • Actively participate in requirements gathering sessions with clients to ensure the best outcome for client is met along with working to the strength of the SAI software
  • Work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team fostering teamwork and communication throughout the project life cycle
  • Operate within the Help Desk team as required to quickly and accurately determine the likely cause of configuration or software issues, and provide a suitable solution to the identified issues
  • Configure solutions using SAI Global software to suit client specific business process needs
  • Undertake unit testing of all configuration & technical work completed
  • Install SAI software within client environments.
  • Writing specifications for requirements and ensuring effective execution
What We’re Looking For

The Ideal candidate will have 3 years post-graduation experience, working within the EHS space is desirable but not essential. You’ll possess a degree or diploma that relates to this role. Along with technical expertise and systems knowledge, you must be able to prioritise and escalate customer concerns in a timely manner.
