A new opportunity has become available for a highly organised and supportive individual to join the Group IT Operations team as an IT Services Coordinator.

This role coordinates all administrative functions for the department, including photocopying, scanning, printing, letter writing and record keeping. It will also include raising requisitions, receipting, the creation and maintenance of documentation, maintaining licensing registers, compiling compliance reports and other administrative duties as required, to continuously improve key delivery and performance services for IT Operations for all Crown entities.

Acting as a key point of contact for the Group IT Operations team the objective will be to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of the department while supporting the Administration Manager and the IT department with daily administration.

To be successful in this role you will be required to demonstrate the following:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar Senior Administrator/Personal Administration/Coordinator role within a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office products with the ability to learn new systems
  • High level of attention to detail and follow through
  • Demonstrated communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
