Your challenge

Philips challenges you to use your strong Healthcare Project Management skills to deliver top quality Service to our current and prospective clients across the region. Based at our Perth office, you will be responsible for multiple exciting projects, across WA and have the opportunity to make an enormous impact on the overall delivery of our ANZ business.

This is a crucial role within the Philips Healthcare business, where you will overall responsibility for delivering projects on time, on budget and to required standards. This will be achieved through your active involvement in the Order Acquisition Process (sales) and effective execution of the Order Realization Process (installation of patient monitoring, large medical equipment and hospital solutions integration).

Other key responsibilities will include:


  • Partnering closely with Sales and Key Account Management team during the pre-sales process
  • Conducting site assessments to understand the local situation and actual customer need
  • Performing risk assessments, creating budgets and project plans tailored to customer needs and creating accurate quotes
  • Setting project milestones, project planning and interfacing with customers throughout all project phases
  • Ensuring that all required materials, resources and activities are ordered, planned and executed.
  • Conducting weekly project plan reviews with all stakeholders
  • Managing risks and customer issues, and ensuring that the project stays on schedule and within budget
  • Conducting pre and post calculation reviews and ''Lessons Learnt'' for projects
  • Organizing the execution of the actual installation and required user training

Your team

Reporting to the National Project Manager, you will be working as part of a highly experienced team with a shared goal of delivering top quality service to customers. You will work closely with other Project and Account Managers, as well as various other areas of the Philips business.

We are looking for


  • Bachelor Degree level education in engineering or equivalent
  • Qualification in business or contract management would be advantageous
  • Preferably Certified Project Manager; PMP or equivalent
  • 5+ years Project Management experience in equipment installation, infrastructure delivery or construction projects, in a B2B environment
  • Experience in contract and risk management as well as a solid understanding of the supply chain process and working with large, cross functional teams
  • Sound negotiation and stakeholder management experience
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written
  • High level of software literacy; MS Office suite, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce
