We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager, SP for Sensia to be based in Perth, WA.

The Regional Sales Manager, SPR is primarily responsible for driving sales and profitable growth in the South Pacific Region, mainly Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea

Key priorities of the role include

  • Responsible for defining the commercial execution strategy and for delivering the top line
  • Support Rockwell SPR Sales for OneSensia solution, especially on our Digital Solution, and Lift Control.
  • Properly disseminates and implements Sensia pan-AP strategies and initiatives, being the main linkage between AP and the country organizations
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of sales and market strategies specific for the region to ensure that annual operating targets are met and long term growth goals are achieved.
  • Equally participates on the development on the SPR strategy.
  • Ensures appropriate executive sponsorship on the relationship with key customers, channels and business partners.
  • Responsibility for creating a local strategy, and active participation in the SPR staff to bring the voice of the region
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in an engineering/technical related field or equivalent.
  • Additional education in business administration is a plus.
  • The candidate should have sales management experience at senior level, preferably in a technology-based organization.
  • Experience in a multi-national company is a must.
  • People management experience essential.
  • Proven record in delivering sustainable and profitable growth through and/or with others.
  • Has been accountable for budget and costs in a P&L or non P&L environment
  • Knowledge of Digital Solution (Avocet / OFM) and/or Lift Control application is preferred
