This Brisbane CBD based State Government department are seeking an experienced Property Services officer to join their team for 40 hours per week through to October 2021.

The role will involve:

  • a high level of customer service
  • property maintenance
  • vendor and stakeholder management
  • problem resolution
  • administration tasks
The successful applicant will bring -
  • Facilities Services maintenance experience - taking calls, logging jobs, arranging suppliers to fix issues
  • Customer service skills via phone and email
  • Intermediate to advanced Administration skills
  • Ability to obtain National Police Clearance
  • Capacity to work 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
Experience within State Government/ liaising with Housing and Public Works is advantageous.
