About the business:

Our client is a leading Melbourne-based company that provides complete water management solutions for the industrial sector covering both chemical and mechanical solutions. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a savvy, experienced and driven Office Administrator to join their growing team.

About the role:

Reporting to the General Manager, the Office Administrator is responsible in providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly.
  • Processing of orders and coordinating with the field service team.
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling site visits, maintaining calendars, and data entry of bacterial reports.
  • Basic bookkeeping, including raising quotes, invoicing and data entry.
  • Stock control management and inventory.
  • Coordinating with outsource logistics provider of product to client sites.

 Key requirements:

  • 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
  • Intermediate experience and knowledge using MYOB
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
  • Must be a self-starter and driven
