This role as an integral part of the Sales & Marketing team will have responsibility for the generation of sales leads, partnerships for Secure Parking car parks across Brisbane. Reporting directly to the National Sales & Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will have a daily impact sales and satisfaction, B2C inbound sales and an involvement in the delivery of the overarching Sales & Marketing strategy.


  • Make outbound calls and identify sales leads and opportunities
  • Maintain & updating of internal database records
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
  • Researching organisations and individuals to find new opportunities
  • Develop new channels of partnership revenue generation including cross-promotional opportunities and city events
  • Assist in planning and executing events with promotional partners
  • Assist in developing new creative ideas for potential partnerships
  • Developing quotes & proposals for clients
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Developing calendar of local conferences, industry events, sporting events and other adhoc events
  • Assist in monitoring, tracking and analysing event usage (post event)
  • Develop cross selling opportunities with existing Secure Parking account holders for additional monthly parking and alternative parking products.


  • Previous experience working in sales and marketing (minimum 2 years' experience is preferable)
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams and Google products
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Highly collaborative yet independent whenever required
  • Superior customer service, problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Experience in liaising with marketing teams
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and multi-task
  • Strong team player and the ability to work collaboratively across States
