Responsibilities

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their business and technical requirements.
  • Ensure all solutions exhibit high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and appropriate reusability and reliability upon deployment.
  • Architect, design and develop a technical cloud architecture for these workloads.
  • Render consulting and technical support services on project implementation to the project team
  • Contribute to business development activities by working on proposal responses and getting involved in stakeholder presentations.
  • Be a trust advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain technical skills and knowledge, keeping up to date with market trends and competitive insights.


Requirements

Requirements Educational Qualification/Certifications


  • AWS Certification (Cloud Practitioner or higher)

Skills Required

  • AWS Certification (Cloud Practitioner or higher)
  • Excellent technical understanding of cloud services, software platforms and technical architecture.
  • Sound knowledge in Data architecture, Database, Process (ETL and services) and CDI architecture & design experience is desirable.
  • Open-source (GNU, Apache, Java, Linux, HDFS et al) tool and technology experience is desirable.
  • Working knowledge of physical database platform technology (MS SQL, Oracle, Netezza, Teradata, HDFS et al) is desirable.
  • Real-time application integration (web services) experience is a big plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of: DB integration and execution experience in tools like Unica, Alterian, RedPoint, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Cognos et al) are a big plus.
  • Must have strong communication skills and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Continuous improvement and a learning mindset.
