This growing property company focuses on letting breathtaking homes across QLD, NSW & VIC. The Byron Bay region is in growth phase for them and they are looking to bring on a self-driven relationship manager to drive and support this.

Head office offers best-practice operational support to each region with policies and produces in place to ensure the most efficient ways of working and free up managers to be able to build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants.

The Role

With a growing local portfolio, now is the time for them to expand their team and bring onboard a Relationship Manager who will lead the growth of the region and manage a small team to deliver outstanding service to their clients.

Business Development & Relationship Management
The role is a wonderful mix of high-level relationship management with existing homeowners and business development skills to regularly acquire new homeowners. Meeting people, networking, and seeking referrals you will have the drive to grow the region through your own research and conversations. Leads are also generated at a head office level that you will need to nurture and convert.

Dealing with escalated enquiries, you will react quickly and appropriately, remain calm under pressure, be solutions and service focussed. Due to the seasonal nature of lettings in the region, the volume of work will ebb and flow with peak tourist times and you will handle this with agility and positivity.

Team Leadership
The Relationship Manager role will lead a small team of 5 who are at the forefront of the lettings; covering cleaning, concierge, and preparations. You will mentor the team to ensure efficient working ways, a high-quality approach to service, and ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.
