JOB DESCRIPTION

What’s the role?

This is a permanent part time role, working Monday to Thursday.

  • Maintain diaries, schedule meetings and manage and respond to emails and correspondence maintaining confidentiality
  • Produce relevant reports, correspondence, presentations and spreadsheets in a timely and accurate manner
  • Support with invoice processing, corporate card reconciliation, tracking spend, accruals and budget management for the departments, with an ability to analyse and create relevant reports
  • Support the Human Resource requirements including entering information into the HR system and requesting employee transfers or salary adjustments
  • Manage the requirements for four key editorial mastheads / business units

  • Experienced in planning, organising and problem-solving completing multiple deadline-driven projects efficiently and on time.
  • A developed business acumen with proven experience in financial processes and budget management
  • Highly skilled in building strong internal and external relationships, executing work in a timely manner and regularly dealing with information of a commercially sensitive and confidential nature
  • Drive effective communication. Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, external clients and business partners in an efficient and professional manner
