We are on the search for a talented Coordinator to join our Partner Integration Team, This role is the go-to person for our Executive and Managers of the Partner Integration team. In this role, half of your time will support briefing, tracking, and monitoring of our branded content partnerships. The other half of the role will work with key internal and external stakeholders to manage and execute branded content partnerships.

About you

  • 1- 2 years experience in a similar role (digital media preferred)
  • Experience managing and implementing branded content campaigns. An advantage if you have managed digital campaigns.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Media and Communications or another relevant field
  • Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and time management skills
  • Ability to balance competing deadlines and prioritise effectively while remaining calm under pressure
  • Able to confidently communicate with internal and external stakeholders of varying seniority
  • Goal-oriented and solution-focused, driven to meet or exceed project objectives.
  • Work effectively in a team environment whilst being able to achieve results working independently
  • Works collaboratively take initiative and are proactive within their role
  • Intermediate computer skills, familiarity with project management tools are highly regarded but not necessary

About the role

  • Support the Partner Integration team to manage inventory calendar, conduct reporting, manage branded content campaigns and monitor the performance of campaigns.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor the execution of assigned Branded Content campaigns.
  • Conduct thorough post-campaign reporting and analysis on all branded content, providing performance delivery data, key insights, learnings, and recommendations.
  • Liaise with the Mamamia Sales team, media agencies, and/or direct client regarding campaign deliverables and coordinate internal and external review and approvals on campaign content elements.
  • Assist in manage campaign integration production budgets
  • Event Management where required
  • Partner with sales representative to respond to briefs and utilise opportunities to upsell Mamamia products
  • Collaborate with Design and Branded Content Manager to edit and develop creative social and written solutions for integrated campaigns
