The Role

We have an extremely unique opportunity for a motivated, experienced, outcome orientated, caring and passionate team player to lead one of the largest branches / delivery centres in the country as Customer Delivery Manager. You will be responsible for providing quality service outcomes to our valued clients through the successful, safe and smooth delivery of high level client service activities. A key focus of the CDM is to lead & manage a team of Account Managers across the Sydney metropolitan area.

You will have a passion for providing exceptional staff and customer relations and preferably have demonstrated people and customer management experience within the blue collar environment.

The key accountabilities for this role will be:

  • HSEQ - strong internal focus and adherence to requirements and expectations
  • People Management – coaching, mentoring & developing internal staff and field employees
  • Financial Performance - identify opportunities to enhance & maximise growth across the Programmed businesses
  • Develop and Maintain key client relationships
  • New Business Development
  • Compliance - monitor internal controls to ensure branch is in line with company expectations
  • Leading and mentoring existing Account Managers
