This is a great opportunity to join a highly regarded engineering consulting firm on a fixed term contract (1 year).

Housed within the Property and Building group, you will be part of a collaborative and inclusive team. As a Project Finance Administrator, you will interact with Project Managers, Commercial Managers and Corporate Finance.

Your Primary Functions Will Include

  • Being the first point of contact for all financial aspects related to projects
  • Monitoring project budgets and investigating variances, including revenue recognition
  • Champion best practice and consistency in project finance
  • Ensuring projects are reflected with accurate and up to date information in ERP
  • Preparing and submitting invoices to clients
  • Interpreting financial information to support project management and commercial decisions
In order to be successful for this role, you will have:
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Experience in using ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP (Power BI is a plus)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suites and advanced Excel skills
  • The ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
