About the Role

This is a maternity cover for 7 months from June 2021 to January 2022 to provide administrative and marketing support for our business in Australia and New Zealand, focusing on the delivery of our core brands JBL and Harman Kardon.

Your Team

In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications

What You Will Do

Manage requirements of office administration and procurement in Sydney office, including stationary orders, technical issues, kitchen supplies, storage units and maintain relationship with Landlord and Cleaning staff for the smooth running of the office, following strict company polices and protocols.
Reconcile and submit monthly AMEX reporting for all office and marketing expenses.
Provide support to Harman AU General Manager with expense reporting and travel if required.
Assist with implementation of launch events and internal QBRs and retail meetings including venue sourcing, flights, accommodation, invitations, catering, props, presentations, giveaways and schedules if necessary.
Order, manage and despatch JBL/HK product for sales and marketing teams including requirements for relevant buyers, POS companies, influencers and ambassadors
Provide service and spare parts support to end users by working along side with the Service Manager.
Work with marketing and sales team on ad hoc retail requests and support teams in execution of retail POS and print requirements.

What You Need

Diploma & above in related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or marketing role.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, (Word/Excel/Powerpoint) is a must.

What is Nice to Have

Works within established procedures with minimal supervision.
Prior experience in Consumer Electronics or FMCG industries.
Talent and aptitude to analyse and solve problems independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
