What is the Opportunity?

A fantastic opportunity now exists for an enthusiastic and experienced Field Service Technician to join our passionate, highly driven and successful Service Team based at our Rowville, Victoria site. Reporting to the Aftermarket Manager you will have proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.

Your role will involve:

  • Carry out installation, maintenance, repairs and testing of Arjo range of products at customer facilities;
  • Maintain the safety and integrity of all serviced products in accordance with Company Policy;
  • Maintain and report spare parts stock accurately in service ERP system;
  • Install systems to full working capacity and ensuring operators are aware of operating and emergency procedures;
  • Promote Arjo services and Service contracts to customers;
  • There will be a need for some travel throughout the year with a maximum of 5 days away.

To be successful in this position, you will possess:

  • Mechanical and/or Electronics background;
  • Proven problem solving and troubleshooting skills and ability;
  • Demonstrated ability to operate small hand tools, soldering, power tools and test/inspection equipment;
  • Field Service experience preferably within the Healthcare or service related sector;
  • The ability to understand the customer’s needs and provide appropriate solutions;
  • Strong time management skills with an ability to meet company performance targets;
  • Have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, be well presented, confident and sensitivity interacting with staff and clients in a Healthcare environment;
  • Computer literacy;
  • The ability to work without direct supervision yet within a team environment;
  • A current Vic driver's licence (Class C) is essential;
  • You will be required to drive a van and be able to route plan effectively.
