About The Role

We are looking for a Team Assistant to support the Audit and Assurance team for a 12 month contract, ideally starting mid July. Supporting a team of approximately 130, this contract role will be a great opportunity for someone who is wanting to progress to an Executive Assistant role in the future.

Key areas of support you will provide to the team:

  • Formatting, editing and signing letters, forms, reports and presentations
  • Document management and filing system management (i-Manage)
  • Assistance with coordination of team meetings and meeting room bookings
  • Assist in maintaining accounts, products and project codes in Salesforce
  • Organise travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, car hire
  • Assist with reconciliation of expenses
  • Timesheet entry
  • Processing of invoices and responding to enquiries
  • Assist in organising team and client activities and events
  • Researching potential clients and assist in processing of relationship checks
  • Assist in staff new starter and departure processes
Skills

And Experience

You’ll be agile, enthusiastic, responsive and enjoy the challenge of supporting a busy team. In addition to this, you will be eager to learn and develop within a high performing professional services administration team. To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following skills, experience and attributes:
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred, however not essential
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities efficiently
  • Competent in Microsoft Office suite
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail, and ability to manage time independently
  • Ability to build strong relationships and manage multiple stakeholders
