12 month FTC

How will I help?

Supporting the Chief Transformation Office, the Team Assistant role provides efficient and effective coordination to enable all operations. Activities include forward planning, event management, travel, administration, systems and relationship management across internal and external business partners.

  • General administrative duties, including processing travel and business expenses, reviewing staff reimbursements and allowances for the Leadership Team, reviewing and coordinating payment of accounts.
  • Diary and calendar management for the CTO Team, including coordination of all meetings/conferences and preparation of agendas, documents and presentation material.
  • Collation of documents/packs to support meetings on a daily basis.
  • Coordination of leadership team key meetings, including the preparation of agendas and presentation material
  • Prompt handling of internal and external stakeholder requests.

What do I need?

  • Advanced PC literacy (MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Knowledge of Westpac systems, policies and processes – People HQ, Clarity
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, liaising with all levels of the Business and our customers, building strong working relationships
  • Strong organisational, problem solving and communication skills
  • Effective business writing skills
