Senior Finance Analyst - Investor Relations & Reporting

Endeavour Group is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst - Investor Relations & Reporting to bring together both financial and non-financial metrics to support reporting of business performance to the senior executive, Board and our Investor community. The successful individual will help play an important role in standardising our reporting processes, following our expected launch as a publicly listed business this year. This hands-on role will leverage your ability to balance working with senior stakeholders, whilst also keeping a keen eye on detail. You’ll be able to make the role your own where your meticulous coordination, sound financial acumen and superior communication skills will be prized.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare insightful reporting, drawing financial and non-financial metrics including the drafting and releasing of results
  • Coordinate across multiple stakeholders to gather, verify and analyse data
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly Board and Executive level reporting
  • Manage events calendar and associated logistics for investor roadshows, meetings and site visits
  • Prepare and maintain investor marketing, reporting and road show documentation


Skills, Experience And Qualifications
  • Degree qualification in Finance or related discipline with CPA / CA accreditation desirable
  • Proven project management experience with superior communications
  • Strong analytical skills including data visualisation
  • Excellent time management with flexibility in managing multiple, often conflicting deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently with stakeholders
