The Contract
Ventia has been awarded the Sydney Road Asset Contract (SRAPC) which will provide road maintenance and asset management services on behalf of TfNSW to the Parklands zone of Sydney, and Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) throughout Regional NSW. The contract commences on 1 July 2021.

Through this contract we will provide maintenance on roads, bridges, slopes and traffic signals as well as undertake maintenance projects, minor capital improvement works and road-related traffic incident clearance and event management.

The Role
Based in Arndell Park, the Client, Community & Network Relationship Manager reports to the Program Director and sits on the senior leadership team. You will be responsible for connecting with TfNSW and all aspects of the Ventia contract team to cultivate a culture that puts customers first, respects and celebrates the Indigenous people and heritage and ensures environmental excellence and innovative sustainability outcomes.
Specifically, you will lead a team of environmental, sustainability, Indigenous engagement and communications and stakeholder engagement professionals to ensure we meet TfNSW vision and expectations.

What you offer

  • Degree and experience in one of the related fields would be highly regarded (e.g. Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, Communications).
  • Leadership experience in establishing and maintaining a customer-centric service culture.
  • Experience in leading multi-discipline teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop positive relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in analysis and interpretation of data to inform decision making.
  • High level of influencing and organisational skills.
  • Ability to translate concepts and objectives into practical delivery outcomes.
