The Role Includes
  • Delivering personalised support in a group and/or one-on-one setting
  • Providing in home support by assisting clients at meal times, with personal care and administering medication
  • Assisting with domestic duties around the home
  • Supporting clients to engage and participate in their community
Shift times

Our services operate 24/7; shift times might include:
  • 06.00 - 09.30/10.30
  • 07.00 - 11.00
  • 15.00 - 22.00
  • 16.00 - 20.00
  • 22.00 - 06.00 (active awake night shift)
You must be available for at least 20 hours per week, 4-5 days, across a variety of shifts times.


We have positions available across the Northern Beaches and Northshore.

Must Haves
  • Empathy, compassion and patience;
  • Clear verbal and written English communication skills;
  • A professional attitude towards work, accountable, reliable and have a high level of motivation;
  • Thrive in a team based environment, where everyone pitches in to help;
  • A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum) and access to a car;
  • Must have (or willing to obtain prior to starting), a current First Aid Certificate, CPR, Working with Children Check* and NDIS Worker Check
