This leadership position is part of Intuit Australia's world-class Sales organisation supporting the Small Business & Self-Employed Group (SBSEG). This is a senior leadership position responsible for the development, implementation and results of the Accountant and Bookkeeper sales channel which consists of both new business acquisition and customer expansion functions. This role reports to the Director for Sales and will have managers as direct reports. The Head of Sales will be responsible for building a high performing sales organisation consisting of field and phone based sales representatives. The role will involve strategy development, strategy execution, coaching, mentoring and will play a central role in shaping the success of Intuit Quickbooks Australia.

confidence by providing Accountants and Small Businesses with the tools they need to thrive. Our Sales Managers are expected to understand how Accountants, Bookkeepers and Small Businesses work, the challenges they face, know the Intuit ecosystem of products, tailor solutions and understand the competitor landscape. What you'll bring

  • Experience in field and inside sales management, preferably in the SaaS segment
  • Proven track record of developing strategies which have resulted in significant business growth
  • A natural communicator with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Confident public speaker that delivers a story-telling approach
  • Data analytics skills and the ability to form data driven insights to drive decision making
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work internally, across all business functions
  • Demonstrable change management skills
  • Experience working with accountants and bookkeepers preferred
