About The Role

The role of Langton’s Wine Broker is to manage, maintain and help grow the Langton’s direct to consumer database by meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Offering a highly personalised retail wine service whilst maintaining and promoting the Langton’s brand, you will be working with a highly engaged consumer database with an extremely broad range of products, with a focus on premium Australian, New Zealand, French and Italian wines, as well as other countries. This is full time (5 days a week) however we are open to discussing flexibility in hours and arrangement.

What You’ll Do

  • Continue to meet and exceed monthly sales targets as stipulated
  • Maintain and continue to grow current database.
  • Converting a specified number of leads within each WOW calendar month.
  • Converting a specified number of Reactivation customers within each WOW calendar month.
  • Maintain client telephone contact activity as stipulated by the business. (number to be specified by management and may change on a monthly basis according to business requirements)
  • Adhere to company email contact policy as stipulated by the business

About You

To be successful in this role, you will reflect our core values, care deeply (integrity), are willing to listen and learn (innovation), and always inclined to do the right thing (respect). You’re driven by a customer mission and passionate about being part of a team of great people. You will also be able to demonstrate:
  • Proven Sales experience and results, ideally with Wine & Spirit Education Trust Level II & III or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in Marketing Automation Platform and/or email marketing service highly regarded (this is a phone based business, but we do empower the brokers with extra tools)
  • Strong MS Office & Google Suite skills (Excel, Word)
  • You orient around doing what’s meaningful, purposeful and delivers value
  • You’re excited about being part of the transformation of one of Australia’s biggest companies
