Senior Culture & People Partner

  • Build leadership capability across the talent pipeline leveraging available programs
  • Contribute and provide input into the development of the People Strategy
  • Based in NSW and responsible for supporting the NSW and ACT teams


A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a confident and innovative Senior Culture & People Partner to join a high performing team on a progressive cultural journey. Reporting to the Head of C&P, BWS this role will be responsible for BWS wide initiatives and partnering with the NSW/ACT BWS team.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with the State Manager and take accountability for the effective delivery of people strategies including aligning safety, performance, capability, engagement and talent initiatives to the business strategy
  • Partner with the State Manager to develop engagement initiatives with a commercial mindset and passion for continuous improvement and innovation
  • Provide actionable insights to the leaders on trends in people data and provide support and coaching to act on team member data
  • Design and implement tailored plans to drive implementation of the C&P Plan, diagnose issues and provide lessons learned and C&P expertise where required
  • Manage the implementation of people change initiatives, including embedding principles in the change and helping leaders deliver and embed change
