In this role, you will be responsible for all facets of the Day-to-day maintenance management, operation, and promotion of the building.

You will work closely with all key stakeholders of the property reporting back to the General Manager and as such will need to be a strong communicator and have a natural talent for building and maintaining relationships.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to-

  • identify areas of maintenance throughout the properties
  • manager work orders systematically
  • arrange certified contractors if necessary
  • conduct preventative maintenance where required
  • complete general minor maintenance where required
  • work in accordance with the respective property manager with relation to exit maintenance
  • action maintenance repairs submitted by property management in relation to inspections and entry condition reports
  • ensure all maintenance items are systematically logged
  • inspect and ensure all completed contractor works are completed to the highest possible standard
  • receive, review and process invoices as per the current procedure

You will have a background in residential property maintenance management, a talent for managing trades and services and an eye for detail. You will also be required to maintain a strong relationship with all residents and investors who also thrives in a fast paced environment. You will also possess qualifications either from a trade background and have a proactive and positive long term approach to your career.
