The Role

Due to the success of our overall growth, we are actively seeking a Resource Administrator to join our Townsville recruitment operations based at the Bohle. As a Resource Administrator working with Toll People, you will experience a diverse range of daily challenges and responsibilities within a dynamic and supportive team environment. You will work alongside people who are determined and show genuine passion to achieve overall success together across our entire operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively assist consultants in recruitment requirements such as including screening candidate registrations to ensure compliance, completion of assessments, inductions, advertising.
  • Taking a high volume of calls and assisting with customer enquiries and requirements.
  • Assist in confirmation of rosters and escalate challenges in confirmation of rosters.
  • Liaise with clients and keep them informed on progress of roster consolidation in a timely manner.
  • Manage candidate files to ensure inactive and archived files are stored appropriately.
  • Assist with set up and following up any outstanding timesheets, to ensure timely employee payroll payment.
  • Establish and maintain effective telephone communication with clients and candidates and rectify any issues in relation to Toll People service in a timely manner.

Skills & Experience

  • A passion for working in a team environment.
  • Experience in a fast paced, customer service focused industry.
  • Intermediate numeric, literacy and computer literacy/keyboard skills.
  • A pleasant and co-operative telephone manner, with a high level of communication skills, and the ability to establish and maintain effective empathy with other team members from all states or branches.
  • A drive for delivering results and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Sound time management skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset.
