Job Description

In this role, you will play a vital role in delivering the vision of State Schools Division. The leadership of principals is critical to improving the educational outcomes of students in their schools. Principals have a major influence on developing the quality of teaching and learning and nurturing positive relationships between students, teachers and stakeholders. In addition to the primary role of leading the school and its operations, the successful candidate is expected to take a leadership role in the broader education and corporate arenas.

About Chancellor State College

Chancellor State College is a large P-12 College on the Sunshine Coast. It has two campuses; primary and secondary. Each campus has a Principal who is accountable for the achievement of outcomes for each student.

This includes a strong focus on National Assessment Program for Literacy And Numeracy (NAPLAN), the curriculum, learning and teaching, assessment and reporting frameworks that are directly related to each student's stage of schooling.

Your Role

As the Principal you will have responsibility for the following:

A mandatory requirement of this role is:
