About the Role
This position is an exciting opportunity for you to work as part of a team that spans internationally and focuses on resource development plans through to life of asset plans across a diversified portfolio. You will support the heads of the department, which range from process compliance, reviewing and implementing a range of work programs across the department, developing mitigation plans, bringing programs in line with the master schedule, contributing to the resourcing budget requirements of specific projects all the way through to developing requisite reporting requirements to be utilised throughout the business at multiple levels. This position will see you managing a team with a clear support and direction around you.

Skills and Experience

  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to collaborate and negotiate with senior staff and external bodies
  • Implementation of company processes
  • Proven experience within scheduling, costing and planning
  • Prior management experience
  • Comfortable presenting to staff at all levels
  • Strong understanding of risk identification and how to deploy mitigation plans
  • Exposure to wide and varied organisations
