The Role

This role is responsible for delivering information and insight into usage activities for customers of Toll People. The role is responsible for ensuring that analysis meets the agreed business demand at the quality required, delivering business value in a cost effective and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a highly effective support framework.
  • Ensure processes, procedures and appropriately skilled resources are in place and tested to ensure that services are delivered to agreed service levels.
  • Develop relevant reporting ensuring current and future requirements are met and aligned to demand.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service focus and responsiveness to ensure delivery as per service level agreements.
  • Work closely with the recruitment and management teams within Toll People.
  • Undertake proactive troubleshooting and root cause analysis of issues implementing preventative measures as appropriate.
  • Development, implementation and management of support processes and policies

Skills & Experience

  • Strong technical skills in SQL with demonstrated experience in working with large data sets
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and integrity.
  • Excellent time management skills
