Part of support team responsible to fast track and remove obstacles for new changes going into Production, helping improve Time to Market.

What will your job look like?

  • You will be dedicated to solving software issues and improve the reliability of systems in production, responding to incidents and supporting via an on-call rotation
  • Building, supporting, and enhancing deployment pipelines to enable production changes.
  • Improve system reliability through the optimization of on-call processes.
  • Adding automation and context to alerts and building self-healing mechanisms to prevent human involvement.
  • Update runbooks, tools, and documentation to streamline future incidents.
  • Conduct post-incident reviews (RCAs), to identify what’s working and what’s not - document the findings and act on the learnings.

All you need is...

  • Bachelor's degree in Science/IT/Computing or equivalent
  • Must be a Citizen or a PR Holder.
  • Expertise in Java, J2ee, Unix scripting
  • Experience in Oracle database, SQL, and PL-SQL
  • Experience in working with Weblogic and JBOSS
  • 2 to 4 years of overall relevant experience, including support roles
  • Strong technical, analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
