Based in Casey/Cardinia you will be responsible for:

  • Managing key relationships with AFL Victoria, Auskick Coordinators, Schools Ambassadors, AFL Clubs, Community Groups, Community Leagues and Clubs
  • Coordinating the delivery of the NAB AFL Auskick programs with a focus on quality and participation growth
  • Booking and delivering school programs with the aim to increase participation in NAB AFL Auskick and Community Football
  • Supporting and administering coaching registrations to ensure an increase in Level 1 coaches
  • Delivering programs to grow participation and increase awareness of AFL in Diverse Communities
  • Delivering programs that help support the transition of Participants from NAB AFL Auskick to Junior Football and ensure retention of footballers within the pathway


  • Sound knowledge of the football industry, particularly related to the community clubs, AFL Auskick and school football networks
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to implement change
  • Strong knowledge, experience and understanding of Multicultural people, diversity, communities and cultures
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and negotiate across culturally diverse groups
  • Tertiary qualifications in Teaching, Sports Coaching, Recreation, Education, Marketing or equivalent depth of experience
  • Established ability to bring together and coordinate a diverse range of project partners
  • Strong administration skills, including experience with Microsoft software.
