An exciting opportunity exists to provide administration support at Don Russell Performing Arts Centre (DRPAC) within the City of Gosnells.

DRPAC provides shows, events, centre projects / programs and hiring opportunities to our community in the areas of Performing Arts and Culture.

Duties include a range of administrative tasks, assisting with the planning and delivery of shows, programs and events, financial responsibilities, as well as drafting hire agreements/contracts.

What we are looking for:

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Experience in a similar role and a commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Exceptional computer and administration skills.
  • Experience with financial tasks including raising and processing purchase orders.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Skills on online promotion and web management are not essential but will be highly regarded.

Essential requirements:

  • Current National Police clearance.
  • Driver's licence
  • Senior First Aid Qualification
  • Working with Children Check.
