The Location
Lynbrook Aged Care, is based in the south eastern suburb of Lynbrook. With easy transport links via the South Gippsland Highway and onsite staff parking, it’s a highly convenient place to work.

The Job
The ACFI Coordinator provides a high level of management, leadership and clinical skill to the aged care facility ensuring best practice and quality of care. They are required to assist in the development and management of documentation and facilitate the optimisation of ACFI submissions and claims. In this full time contract, you will spend 4 days per week focused on ACFI and on the 5th day, you will get an opportunity to provide additional clinical and quality support within the facility. This is a parental leave cover contract starting in July 2021, covering 12 months of parental leave plus a handover at the start and end.

You bring: Knowledge of Aged Care legislation, aged care accreditation standards and the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI), current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, experience in aged care, an understanding of continuous quality improvement practices, excellent assessment skills and care planning experience, fabulous communication and team work skills, sound computer skills and a passion for making a difference.
