About the Role

Working with the Osborne Park branch team, this position is responsible for sourcing new business and new business opportunities, developing strong sustainable sales and sales leads. The role will work within an allocated vertical market, though will have primary responsibility to further develop other key markets. Senior Sales Account Managers must be proactive, highly customer focused and be able expand our customer’s knowledge of our products, services, and solutions.

About You

You have a keen interest in technology, and you plan to become an expert in radio and telecommunications solutions. What excites you most is forming strong, value-adding relationships with customers, and potential customers.

You have an innate ability to form strong, long-term relationships with people at all levels of our customer organisations, and you are excited by the opportunity to make a real difference to their business by devising, selling and implementing solutions to tackle their problems.

Other skills and experience include: 

  • Proven success in a technical or complex solutions sales or account management role
  • Existing radio and telecommunication product experience is preferred but not essential, however experience from within any I.T. based environment would be looked upon favourably
  • Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrated in the ability to form long term client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability and success with the compilation, submission and winning of tenders and knowledge of tender processes
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate and implement technical solutions with upper management 
  • Proven ability to work alongside technical teams assisting with functional specification requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to manage margin on deals and be proactive with margin retention and growth strategies
  • Able to leverage and use your existing network of contacts
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service and customer advocacy skills
  • Ownership and responsibility for the role
  • Driven and motivated to excel 
  • Accurate reporting and forecasting of opportunities
