Your Responsibilities

  • Business Development Representative works closely with field marketing and sales to generate Sales ready leads that the Account Managers accepts, ultimately leading to closed won business.
  • Using multi-channel tactics available to qualify and nurture all inbound leads, and to carry out outbound prospecting.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule first meetings for account managers with key stakeholders (decisions maker, influencer)
  • Take care of any communication from prospective customers, such as first contact, questions on product and solution, requests for trials.
  • Research prospective accounts and identify key audience.
  • Build relationship and create rapport with prospective clients.
  • Work with a sense of urgency - faster response times (velocity) and more touchpoints (input) directly influence the output (success)
  • Maintain ownership over data integrity & consistent activity logging in CRM (SFDC)

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Business development or sales experience in a SaaS/ Software company is required
  • Experience in CPM/EPM field is a plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com required
  • Strong writing and telecommunication skills
  • Experience working in a start up environment is helpful
