A great opportunity for a highly polished Boardroom Attendant to demonstrate excellence in client service in the delivery of all catering requirements. Ensuring a seamless delivery of service for all meetings and client events, you will ensure the service expectations of internal and external stakeholders meet a high standard. Located in Sydney’s CBD, this is initially a 6-week contract with strong views for permanency.

As the Boardroom Attendant to this leading insurance company, your duties will include:

  • Providing a high standard of food and beverage service and setting for events/meetings in a prompt, professional and friendly manner
  • Working the occasional morning or evening functions
  • Responsible for meeting rooms to be ready for service
  • Cover reception responsibilities if required

& Experience
  • 1-2 years' experience in a hospitality environment (boardroom experience highly desirable)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A high level of organisational skills
  • Impeccable grooming standards
