HungryPanda is a Chinese food delivery platform established in the UK, which has covered the UK, France, Australia, New Zealand, the United States and Canada. It aims to build the most professional Chinese food delivery platform overseas for international students and overseas Chinese. The company has 60+ offices. We are currently looking for an HR Specialist to join our team in the United States.

As an HR Specialist, you will assist in providing a wide range of HR support and advice. The successful candidate will play a key role in the success of the organization by offering guidance on recruitment, terminations, performance management, employee relations and HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between personnel and senior management.

Responsibilities:

· Implement and administer employee policies

· Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues

· Implementing HR programs to help improve the employee experience and decrease turnover rate.

· Conduct the full circle recruitment: Responsible for assisting with implementation and administration of recruitment programs; Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes, background, and reference checks; Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interview

· Provide the professional onboarding and orientation arrangements.

· Identify ways to improve policies and procedures

· Prepare termination and severance letters

· Implement training and people development programs.

· Establish and implement health and safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline.

· HR experience is essential

· Strong knowledge about the local employment legislation, especially in health and safety requirements and implementation.

· Expertise in HR policies and procedures

· Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations

· Sound judgment and problem-solving skills

· Customer-focused attitude, with a high level of professionalism and discretion

· Familiarity with MS Office suite and HR information system

· Excellent communication skills

· Fluency in Mandarin and English
