Product Content Writer
We're looking for a Content Writer to help bring to life our product in the written word as part of our new online help and learning experience.

  • Work with the product content team to define our product content presentation as part of the online help and learning experience
  • Work closely with the product team to bring to life a wealth of knowledge in a super consumable and understandable way for both prospective and existing customers.
  • Understand a product team's existing processes and work with that to deliver timely and well executed content for the knowledge base.
  • Editing the writing of product subject matter experts & creating clear content writing principles for the SMEs to follow in future.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess
  • Know how to communicate and simplify instructions, making things accessible and delightful for all viewers
  • 2+ years writing, preferably with marketing or product content experience
  • Strong narrative skills to tell our product stories
  • Ability to confidently edit copy written by others to conform to a style guide
  • Ability to turn detailed or potentially complex technical jargon into consumable, meaningful and engaging written pieces
  • Knowledge of Figma, Jira, Trello and Zeplin a big advantage
  • Will have ideally developed video explainer scripts
  • Can adopt and maintain our new brand style and tone of voice
  • Team orientated and good communicator
  • Able to sell in and guide key stakeholders
  • Passionate about technology
  • Excellent time management and delivery skills
  • Journalism, creative writing or marketing related degree
