Team Lead/Administrator with 6+ year of experience on SWIFT technology critical payment systems such SWIFT Alliance Access (SAA), SWIFT Alliance Gateway (SAG), Swift net Link (SNL) and Alliance Messaging Hub(AMH).

Main Tasks / Key Activities

  • Strong knowledge and experience of working with SWIFT services (FIN, FileAct, Browse, Interact) and SWIFT products (AMH, SAG/SNL, RMA, web-Access,HSM)
  • Experience in working with messaging products such as IBM MQ.
  • Knowledge of administration of the financial messaging networks.
  • Knowledge of SWIFT Application’s (SWIFT Alliance Access (SAA), SWIFT Alliance Messaging Hub (AMH), SWIFT Alliance Gateway (SAG), SWIFT Web Platform (SWP), SWIFTNet Link,
  • Alliance Messaging Hub, SWIFT Message standard (MT Messages), BROWSE, WEBACCESS applications (CLS,HKTR,ASMP,GPI,BOE,MEPS), Online Operation Manager (O2M), Payment Alliance Gateway (PAG), Domestic Messaging Channel (SWIFT DMC),SWIFT GPI, UNIX, Linux, AIX,BMC Remedy Tool.
  • Key Responsibilities includes Recovery calls (P1- P4 incidents), Deployment, Issue Resolution, Testing support, Escalation closures, Incident Management, Change management, System Upgrade & Migration, daily activities, Health Check and automationsAgile Hand on Experience.
  • Knowledge on Control M scheduling tool.
Skills /Competencies:

  • Should have good communication skills – written and verbal
  • Should have good customer management skills
Additional tasks:
  • Prior experience of working for Australian domestic and international payments is big plus
  • Experience of working in an Agile Environment is preferred
