Job Description

How will I help?

The Reporting Analyst in the Consumer Remediation team will lead the publishing of monthly reporting packs for key Consumer Remediation stakeholders and forums, undertake project performance analysis to identify issues and opportunities relating to the delivery of projects within Consumer Remediation.

The responsibilities include:

  • Produce & deliver accurate, timely & insightful regular portfolio & project related reports to the Leadership Team and stakeholders e.g. Divisional Portfolio views or Enterprise portfolio views and develop polished presentations / reports to convey analytics and insights in a meaningful way
  • Support fulfillment of information requests from the Consumer Remediation LT, Consumer Executive team, Group Remediation Hub.
  • Procure specialist project component inputs into the broader portfolio analysis & views including key milestones & movements, change implications & views, resource & workforce management
  • Develop & report on various portfolio constructions, iterations & scenario test for project health (i.e. across RAG and tracking keys) including aging, variances and program / portfolio aggregations (e.g. regulatory focused or risk focused)
  • Execute report runs in accordance with periodic reporting cycles, processes & timetables
  • Assist with the development of drivers & lead / lag project indicators and utilise them for reporting purposes
  • Collabarate with Portfolio Managers and Project Managers to ensure an insightful & high quality management reporting output i.e. understand project portfolios and convert this knowledge into meaningful insights for reporting purposes
  • Monitor the quality of Customer Remediation Object updating and completion in JUNO system

What do I need?
  • Knowledge of Westpac’s Project Execution Framework methodology (PEFM) desirable
  • P3O knowledge would be desirable
  • Experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Experience working within a large organisation
  • Clarity experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products to an advanced level
  • Experience with data visuliation tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau
  • Project methodologies/ project environmen
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience desirable
