Job Description

How will I help?

The purpose of a Product manager in Consumer Finance is to build and implement new Consumer Finance Products and features and ensure effective implementation and execution for target segments. As the Product Manager, Personal Loans you will be responsible for analysing market value and customer drivers, develop products targeted at key brands and channels as well as designing product constructs and research with customers. You will also be responsible for the delivery of products that are fit to purpose and within risk appetite and growth in appeal of new and existing products. Additionally, you will be responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of the portfolio product management strategy and plan to deliver against agreed targets and improve product profitability and process effectiveness.

What do I need?

You will need strong experience in consumer product management roles in financial services with a strong understanding of the Australian Consumer Finance market. You will bring proven experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships, to drive business growth. You have strong communication and influencing skills with strong stakeholder engagement experience. You will also have experience with delivery of product strategies, customer centric solutions and driving differentiation. Exposure to LEAN, Agile and proven transformation methodologies desirable.
