As our National Talent Engagement team continues its focus on strategic partnering to the Australian business, we're offering an opportunity for a Talent Engagement Advisor to join our team. To be successful, you must have solid experience within the legal or professional services industry and enjoy a hands-on end to end recruitment role. Our team is highly collaborative, dedicated and supportive, and we are looking for a new team member who shares these values.

The key responsibilities and requirements for this role are as follows:


  • Manage or oversee end to end recruitment activity for business services and legal support roles nationally
  • Deliver a market-leading candidate experience that is aligned to our employer brand.
  • Support partners and hiring managers to make sound hiring decisions. This may include candidate screening, interviewing, test administration and reference checking.
  • Contribute to national initiatives focused on developing and promoting our employer brand and unique employer value proposition.
  • Follow procedures and protocols for efficient management of recruitment, socialise protocols with relevant stakeholders and identify opportunities with the team for process improvement.

  • Experience of sourcing, attracting and hiring talent for private practice law firms or other professional services.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of competency / behavioural-based interviewing and targeted selection techniques
  • Excellent writing skills, with an aptitude for creating advertising and other recruitment collateral.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A high level of capability with stakeholder relationships and client service, including strong influencing and negotiating skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and engage all stakeholders in the recruitment process, including ability to delegate and seek assistance where necessary.
