Short Description

  • Roles and Responsibilities:
  • you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle.
  • You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution.
  • You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution.
  • You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope.
  • You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
  • Skills /Competencies:
    • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
    • At least 4-6 years of experience in CRM domain and 3+ years of experience in Salesforce implementations with sound knowledge on Salesforce Sales cloud, Service and community Cloud.
    • Good understanding of Salesforce solution stack including good understanding of Marketing Cloud, Lightning Framework and Lightning Design System are preferred.
    • Should be able to conduct requirement-gathering sessions, articulating Salesforce features to business users and drive/participate in prototyping solutions.
    • Experience in performing the requirement fit gap analysis with product capabilities and defining configuration vs customization options
    • Should be able to create Business requirement documents, Functional requirement documents along with traceability matrix.
    • Ability to liaise with technical team to convert requirements to Technical Specification
    • Knowledge of implementation best practices and should be able to configure and work along with rest of the team to build /configure the Salesforce solution.
    • Good knowledge of Waterfall and Agile implementation methodologies
    • Salesforce (Admin, and Sales/Service cloud certified)
    • Excellent Analytical and Communication skills
    • Experience on ncino and 201 commercial certification or higher.
    • Experience on vlocity, Cloudsense.
    • Domain knowledge in manufacturing and banking.
    • Certifications in sales cloud, service cloud
    • Experience in Process reengineering
    • High quality awareness
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Additional Skills
    • Experience in CRM implementations and global rollouts.
