Short Description

Looking for enthusiastic integration professionals with proven Integration (EAI/ESB/SOA) technical skills to provide thought leadership across projects for different customers of Infosys. Must have experience in developing integration solutions using TIBCO suite of products (BusinessWorks 5.x, EMS 8.x, 7.x, TIBCO MFT 8.x, TIBCO BusinessConnect 7.x) and experience with developing and managing CI/CD tools and pipelines using Azure DevOps (preferred). Must have experience in participating in Design workshops, experience in leading teams, good interpersonal and communication skills.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Understand the requirements and provide high level solution design for Integration components to be built
  • Good understanding of Integration patterns and ability to recommend the best integration option based on the requirements
  • Experience with TIBCO based integration development, product upgrades and platform set-up.
  • Strong customer services focus with an ability to respond to changing customer priorities in an agile operating environment
  • Ability to work independently and have a learning mindset with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to efficiently manage client stakeholders and Infosys internal teams.
  • Ability to suggest solution/technology alternatives for a given task


  • Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline
  • 05-10 years’ overall experience in IT software design, development and support
  • Software design for Integration applications using TIBCO suite of products (BW, BC, EMS, MFT)
  • 5+ years of design & development experience in TIBCO and/or other Integration products (Mulesoft, webMethods, IBM Websphere)
  • TIBCO platform set-up - installation, version upgrade, migration to newer versions, performance tuning expertise
  • Strong understanding and hands on experience of web services (REST / SOAP / WSDL / XML)
  • Hands on Experience on managing and supporting CI/CD pipelines for TIBCO based on industry standards and tools for source control, build automation, deployment and testing (Ansible, Jenkins, Maven, Docker)
  • Extensive expertise in environment management issue resolution and an excellent working knowledge of continuous deployment and integration and test driven development tools.
  • Experience in public sector.
  • Scripting (shell, python) hands on experience preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to write design documents and walk the audience through the design
  • Able to estimate for the end to end delivery of Integration projects
  • Able to work on technical aspects and help tackle complex items including Integration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
