As our Customer Success Advisor, you are a passionate individual who will help to make our customers successful with our industry leading product portfolio. We are expanding our global customer success function to help customers through the on-boarding process, product adoption and optimisation to ensure customers receive maximum value of our products and services that will ultimately make them successful and grow with our products suites.

As the Customer Success Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring our customers are achieving their desired business outcome through SiteMinder platforms, driving adoption, product optimisation and customer retention, leading to contract renewals, growth and advocacy
  • Understanding customer needs and provide a holistic approach and solution to achieve a great customer experience and value add
  • Taking ownership of customer's problems and seek to identify, respond and resolve any customer issues whilst managing customer expectations throughout
  • Paying close attention on account health, product usage and trends and acts on significant trends to mitigate customer dissatisfaction and potential attrition
  • Submitting customer’s feedback for ongoing product and service improvements
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess
  • Ideally 2+ years experience in customer facing roles: sales, management consulting, customer success, account management, training functions or another customer facing role
  • You are comfortable with objection handling and have a technical aptitude/hunger for understanding our product suite
  • Experience in working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
  • You love communicating with people in general but especially with customers! In other words, you have a great empathy to be able to anticipate and articulate the customer’s problem.
  • You are tech savvy with a sound knowledge of all things technology
