About the Company:
Join a leading Software Solutions provider that offers a range of services and solutions across Cyber Security, Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Cloud (Azure, AWS), and Print. They have existing partnerships with some of the biggest software vendors globally and have a large pipeline of projects lined up for 2021/2022. To assist with their growth, they are looking to onboard a Mid-Market Business Development Manager. 

About the role:
As a Mid-Market Business Development Manager you will be tasked with bringing on new Small to Mid-Market accounts. You will engage with stakeholders across all levels, while you build deep relationships across these accounts though a consultative selling methodology. You will run the sales process end-to-end but will also have the support from Marketing and a Lead Generation function.
All training and development will be provided to ensure you are brought up to speed with the range of solutions on offer. 

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development - Attract and target new business opportunities.
  • Create strategic account development plans and solution proposals
  • Customise solutions for clients based on their individual needs.
  • Delivery of excellent service with a consultative approach to meet targets.

About you:

  • 2-3+ years new business experience - Telco/Managed Services/Professional services/FMCG/Software Solutions/SaaS
  • Have worked as a Business Develeopment Manager (BDM)/Account Executive (AE)/ Sales Executive/ Account Manager (AM)/ Solutions Specialist before
  • History of exceeding targets/quotas
  • Excellent at building relationships
  • Possess clear communication skills
  • Have valid working rights in Australia
