We’re partnering with a leading SaaS platform to recruit a senior client director to lead our client's most important accounts.


In this role, you'll be responsible for achieving the retention and growth targets set by the business, developing relationships and shaping the future of client relationships. You’ll lead and mentor a best in class Account Management team, as well as a have a direct line to Product and Tech to ensure your clients’ expectations are exceeded.


You’ll bring extensive experience developing and nurturing relationships at a senior level, you’ll understand the complex nature of business environments and navigate them with ease, comfortably igniting discussions and influencing decision makers.


Responsibilities


  • Manages the relationships of the highest value contracts in the region, leading the service delivery and negotiation of future contracts
  • Proactively renews contracts, utilising the resources of the portfolio teams and account support to deliver superior value
  • Leads the account management and client success teams to exceed client expectations.
  • Retain and grow client revenue through a well-developed strategy across all teams, proactively seeking new agreements with clients, identifying their needs and delivering to them through an exceptional client experience
  • Uses product specialists within the business to optimise opportunities
  • Shows optimal leadership through competitor challenges, coaching and mentoring the team to overcome issues


Key requirements


  • Proven capability in solution selling
  • Proven capability in hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions. 
  • Confident negotiator and proven ability to ‘close the deal’
  • A positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities
  • Previous experience leading a client service team. 
  • Experience in creating effective client solutions in a b2b consultative selling environment with long sales cycles
  • Strong team leadership skills and experience with a strong emphasis on coaching to high performance.
