  • Surry Hills, Sydney + work from home
  • Work with our Senior Brand Manager to deliver marketing campaigns

About Your Manager And Team

We work from home mostly but enjoy connecting 1-2 days a fortnight in our Surry Hills office. We are exposed to all beer, wine and spirits categories and get to work with the most creative and innovative teams internally and externally.

About The Role
  • The Marketing Coordinator for BWS assists in executing the brand and customer plan which has been created by the senior marketing team.
  • Build relationships with agency peers (Creative, production and media) & key supplier partners
  • Regular collaboration with marketing, merchandise and operations team members to ensure plans are consistent with trade plans (merchandise) and the marketing calendar (promotions)
  • Contribute to the campaign management process by assisting the CFT in producing briefs, working with agency partners, meeting minutes, managing project timelines & budgets.
  • Contribute to the creation of supplier packs and supplier activations
  • Ability to assist with other varied projects within the marketing portfolio including marketing, brand, advertising, in store, media and communications
  • Ensure all creative assets are supplied for all campaigns within agreed timelines and to specification

  • Experience working with agencies ideal
  • Junior experience in marketing
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Passion for marketing
  • Strong planning skills
  • Highly organised and able to multitask
  • High attention to detail is essential
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
  • Degree in marketing or communications desirable but not mandatory
