About The Role:

The Assistant Director Internal Audit & Integrity provides strategic leadership and direction to the delivery of contemporary internal audit outcomes for the Department. The role ensures internal audit strategies, plans, programs and operations are aligned with the Department's strategic direction and vision and provide an independent source of comprehensive review for the Director General and the management of the Department. The Assistant Director ensures the Internal Audit service using a risk-based approach and in accordance with legislation, relevant charters and Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing.
